Meet the Owner

Excell Rehab Physical Therapy was founded by Julie A. Blank in July of 2002 – a local physical therapist. Julie had a heart to bridge the gap between home health and the traditional outpatient therapy provided in a clinic. Julie’s innovative approach to fill this void has only fueled her passion to being able to provide the full spectrum of care.

For Julie, patients are not just a number they are family. Excell’s therapy program has expanded from just Julie making physical therapy home visits in Sarasota to a full spectrum of care, providing physical, occupational, speech therapy, and personal training, as well as establishing a wide variety of services spanning the Southwest Florida region.
